I had had a busy day. I had been out on my own in my sea kayak, making the most of the good weather along the Anglesey coast. The evening was spent coaching some canoeing. It would have been easy to go home and sleep, but the skies were clear and there was to be a partial eclipse of the moon in the early hours of the morning. So a rucksack was filled and carried to the top of a mountain. The night was cold and windy, the moon too bright for successful shots of the stars, but eventually a tiny slither of the moon briefly disappeared in to a shadow. with the shot captured a walk back down the mountain was completed just as the sun came up. A cold sleepless night with Action Man to keep me company. He had a good time.
